Arriving in a new country should be an exciting moment. It should not be a confusing one. To make your entry into Bali faster, the Indonesian government has introduced a new mandatory digital form. This is the All Indonesia Arrival Card, part of the ALL INDONESIA platform.
This new system streamlines the arrival process. It combines several forms into one simple digital declaration. It’s a small step to complete before you fly. However, it will make a big difference when you land. As your friendly hosts at Merusaka, we’ve created this simple, step-by-step guide to help you fill it out correctly. This will ensure a seamless start to your Bali holiday.
What is the ALL INDONESIA Arrival Card?
The ALL INDONESIA platform is an official “Integrated Passenger Declaration System.” It comes from the Indonesian government. Its purpose is to simplify your arrival. It unifies multiple declarations into a single, convenient digital form.
This one form now covers all the information required by:
- Immigration
- Customs (Bea Cukai)
- Health & Quarantine
This new system replaces the separate paper or digital forms you may have used on previous trips.
Who Needs to Complete the Form?
The All Indonesia Arrival Card is mandatory for all passengers arriving in Indonesia from overseas. This includes both Indonesian citizens (WNI) and all foreign nationals (WNA).
How to Fill Out the Form: A Step-by-Step Guide
The process is simple. You can do it before you even leave home. Follow these steps for a stress-free experience.
- Step 1: Know When to Fill It Out You can complete your declaration up to 3 days before your arrival date. We highly recommend doing this the day before you fly. This will save you time and avoid any stress at the airport.
- Step 2: Visit the Official Website Use the one and only official government website to complete your declaration. We’ve provided the direct link below. Please be aware of any third-party websites. They may look similar. However, they may try to charge a fee. This official government declaration is completely free. Official ALL INDONESIA Arrival Card Website
- Step 3: Enter Your Information You will be asked to fill in your personal data. Also enter your passport details, flight number, arrival date, and your Bali address. For example, you can enter “Merusaka Nusa Dua“.
- Step 4: Complete the Declarations Within the same form, you will be asked to complete the standard customs declaration. You will also answer questions about what you are bringing into the country. Fill out any required health declarations as well.
- Step 5: Save Your QR Code! Once you have submitted the form, you will get a unique QR code. This is the most important part! Take a screenshot of this QR code. Save it to your phone’s photo library. This ensures you can access it easily upon arrival, even without an internet connection.
What to Do When You Land in Bali
Once you land at Ngurah Rai International Airport (DPS), having your QR code ready will make your experience much smoother. At the immigration and customs checkpoints, you will be asked to present your QR code to the officers for scanning.
By completing this in advance, you can avoid the hassle of filling out forms at the airport. You can also proceed more quickly to collect your luggage and begin your holiday.
If you have any questions upon arrival, our airport representative or our Concierge team at the resort are always happy to assist.
