Check-in & Check-out

  • What are the check-in and check-out times?
    • Standard check-out time is 12:00 pm. (Note: Check-in time is not explicitly stated in the provided documents, but standard check-out is mentioned).

  • Do you offer laundry services?
    • Yes, dry cleaning, laundry, and pressing services are available. Laundry lists are in the wardrobe. Contact Guest Service Centre (dial 0) for collection. Items received before 9:00 am are returned the same day.
  • Is there an ATM?
    • Yes, an ATM is available 24/7 on the Ground Floor beneath the Main Lobby.
  • Can I exchange currency?
    • Yes, an approved Money Changer counter is located on the Ground Floor beneath the Main Lobby, open daily from 7:00 am to 10:00 pm. Note that all transactions in Indonesia must be in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
  • Is there a shop?
    • Yes, a shop and drugstore are located on the ground floor underneath the Main Lobby, open from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm.
  • Do you offer babysitting services?
    • Yes, professional babysitting is offered by a third-party agency. Please contact the Guest Service Centre (dial 0) for inquiries.
  • Is Butler service available?
    • Yes, Butler service is provided for guests staying in Suites and Villas (The Village) from 7:00 am to 11:00 pm. Your butler handles requests and inquiries.

Public Transportation & Rent

  • Can I rent a car or motorbike?
    • Yes, chauffeur-driven cars, self-drive car rentals, and motorbikes can be hired through the resort. Contact Concierge for car hire with a driver. Motorcycle hire can be arranged via an approved vendor (link likely available in the live compendium).
  • Do you offer Valet Parking?
    • Yes, valet parking is available. Car keys can be collected from the Concierge desk. The resort is not liable for accidents, theft, or damage within the grounds.
  • Can I use online transportation services (like Gojek/Grab)?
    • Yes, guests can use online transportation. Ride service drivers can pick up and drop off at the lobby porte cochere. Delivery drivers should park in the designated area and hand over goods directly to guests in the lobby.
  • Is there a shuttle service?
    • Yes, Bali Collection shopping promenade provides an hourly shuttle service leaving from the resort between 10:37 am and 9:30 pm. Pick-up and drop-off times are scheduled.

  • How close is the beach?
    • The resort is located along Mengiat Beach. The beach is public, and sun loungers are provided by the resort. The beach area is cleaned daily. (Note: Outsider spa services offering massages on the beach are not allowed on hotel property ).
  • What is nearby?
    • Within walking distance: Mengiat Beach, Water Blow at Peninsula Island (10 min walk), Bali Collection shopping complex (10 min walk), Museum Pasifika (15 min walk), Devdan Show (15 min walk)
    • Short drive: Puja Mandala Worship Complex, Jimbaran Bay (seafood restaurants, 20 min drive), Garuda Wisnu Kencana (GWK) Cultural Park (30 min drive), Pura Luhur Uluwatu Temple.
