General Terms and Conditions:
1. Rates are in IDR per-room, per-night basis
2. Rates are inclusive of 21% Service Charge and Government Tax.
3. Check-in time is 15:00 WITA (Central Indonesia Time) and Check-out time is 12:00 WITA
4. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability.
5. Late check-out from 18:00 WITA will be charged 100% of the Best Available Rate of the day.
6. In the event of a no show or early departure, the total rate of the confirmed room nights for the entire stay shall be chargeable
7. Children policy:
– 6 years old to < 12 years old = chargeable at 50% based on contract
– < 6 years old are complimentary stay
